Avios Travel Rewards Programme South Africa
This is unprofessional!!!

I applied for a credit card with Avios, after being told that it will only take a few working days to get the card delivered, i finally got the card after 2 months, then i called Avios call center and was told that i can go into any ABSA bank to have the card activated. after almost a week, the card still isn't activated because now i have to wait for them to remove my status on my card.

i need to pay the first installment on my card but i cant even use the card???

this is ridicules and unprofessional in all ways!! i am planning on rather canceling the card because i am not going to waste my money by paying for something that i cant use!!!
