I cant believe the unwillingness to help a client and constantly wanting to pass the buck I experienced at Kulula atthe cape town Iinternational airport. People have been telling me to avoid kulula and with this being my second experience I can say that im DONE!!!
I requested information why my booking was cancelled and how we could fix it and no help was offered rather I was told to book another flight and call the call centre to enquire about my refund. Didnt show any concern at all for me to make my trip
