Lately Bus drivers are as bad as taxi drivers.
This morning a Golden arrow bus, CA 388 626, driving down Brackenfell Blvd stopped dead 2m from the intersection leading to the N1 off ramp heading to Paarl. We had to do an emergency stop as the traffic was free flowing and we were doing 60km/h. He offloaded one person on the side walk, which was not a designated stopping area. Motorist had to move into the other lane to get past.
This was extremely dangerous and wreck less.

I would like to know where the bus services get there drivers and whether or not they educated them on the stopping areas designed for bus drivers and supposedly taxi drivers. This is exactly why the death toll for people using public transport has risen so much - incompetent drivers.
