I was always told abt bad service of SA Roadlink, but I lived it myself on Monday 30/12/13. Was suppose to get the bus from PE to George @ 20:30pm. Was told bus was going to be 2hours late, when bus did arrived a few of us was told the bus is full and theirs no more seats available. Police was called to SA Roadlink offices at Greenacres for unruly customers, and to my suprise police took our side and said that they r sick and tired of this story with Roadlink and they must ge us alternative transport, which they refused at 1st, but after battle between them and police got us a quantum minibus to take us. We at last left PE @ 03:00am andI arrived the next morning about 6:30am. Deadtired and sweaty. But that was my 1st and last experience with them, cause if it wasn't for police I think I still was going to be waiting at their office. Thanx to the police who helped us that night.
