Missed Flight twice! Thanks Kulula for NOTHING!!!

On 25 Oct be arrived late for our flight due to other service providers being late. Receiving feedback from the help desk that if there is space on the next flight and we are back at help desk 30min before the flight we could catch that one. Arriving 45min early, welcomed by a que of 12 people- 4 computers but only 2 attends and the rest having a chat in the backroom, we waited! By the way, we could see you back there, not assisting the enormous que of your paying customers!! After 10 minutes I approached the BA attended (no one in that line!!) who confirmed on her computer that there were seats available, but that only Kulula could change it. Reached the Kulula front desk 25min before the flight, just to be told that the boarding have closed!!! Why tell me I could get a seat if you can't assist me in doing this!! Obviously there was no supervisor in sight, and after finding one one the other side, he could only "escalate" the issue! Not get us on the flight, give us accommodation or upgrade us to a BA flight- ALL operated by Comair! And believe it or not- I still haven't heard from anyone! Shocking, shocking, shocking!! You tickets are cheap, but so is your service it seems!!
