Luggage on Mango flights

Dear Mango Airlines and Flyers. As a frequent Mango flyer, I would like to share my "awful" Mango experience with you all. On the 10/12/2013, I flew with Mango airlines from ORT (Jhb) to King Shaka (Dbn) Airport. Later that evening when I got home, I was horrified to identify that my luggage had been tampered with. The locks were removed and personal items were from my bags. The inserted a pair of old white denim jeans into my bag and perfume and jewelry amongst other items. I immediately tried to call the airline, but there was no answer on customer care nor was there an option to choose on the pre-recordings for emergencies or baggage queries. The next morning I tried again for half the day, when I eventually got through to the complaints line, the consultant who assisted me advised that my compliant will be, wait for it, "NOTED!! ". The consultant said there was nothing they could do but note my complaint. The consultant didny even bother to take down my name, number or flight details. How was she going to note my complaint, without even taking my details? Based on how I was treated, this is not a priority for Mango. Disgusting and terribly disappointed!!
