On the 29th of Dec my wife booked a bus from B west to JHB 18h45. A later bus @ 19h00 was also available. The 19h00 bus arrived on time but the bus @ 18h45 was 1h30 min late, without even the courtesy to say why the bus would be late. We had to phone a call centre which charges R2.98 p.m @ our own expense to enquire why this specific bus was so very late. only then did you send an sms message to say that the bus would be 30 min late which was also a lie. No explanation was given as to why this bus was late only a pityful sorry. to make matters worse the bus only arrived in JHB 3hours later than its scheduled arrival date without any explanation. We had to incure extra unplaneed expenses because of your uselessness. Next time i surely would not make use or refer anyone for that matter to make use of your services. very dissapointed in the lack of service and even assistance.
