My brother and I took the Translux bus from GHT to CPT on Easter Sunday. Upon arriving to CPT we realized my brothers one bag was missing. He had the luggage sticker for it, but the bag was MIA. The driver and lady working on the bus during the trip told us that they will call every passenger on the bus and try to ascertain whether they have the bag. We never heard back from them since. We went to the station in CPT&where told we have to go the depot which is really out of the way. So we made plans for the trip. My brother got to the depot and was told that they cannot help them as they are on strike but they would call to him to let him know when he can come again. They never called us back. I called them back&told them that my brother is in varsity&will not be able to go to the depot again so could he fill in the forms at the station. He went yesterday and they still could not assist him. Now they are saying we should have filled in the forms on the same day the luggage was lost.

On top of that the bus that day was extremely late? hing was communicated to us to let us now. I will NEVER EVER use Translux again. Id rather pay more&have my luggage at the end of the
