Lack of responsibility at translux

My sister was travelling from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth on the 14th of July and she lost her luggage.when she went to fetch the luggage on arrival she was told one of her bags is missing and no one knew who took the bag.the matter was reported to the branch manager and he told her to write a list of all her bellongings that were on the bag and they told her they will fax it to head office.its been a full month today and the is no correspondance from anyone in translux instant when she goes to their offices she is told the manager is nt there and they will ask him to call her when he is in the office but guess what he never calls. I'm really dissapointed at translux management staff for not treating this matter with the ugerncy it deserve. The bag was full of clothes for my sister and her daughter
They spent the whole month in Pretoria so the bag had almost all their winter clothes and now they find them selves with nothing warm and they have to accept hand outs from ppl as she is nt working with means she cant afford to buy new clothes and she doesn't have the money to keep on going to the translux offices nor phone them to find out whats going on. I'm disgusted.
