On the 3rd Jan I was supposed to take a translux bus to Pretoria. The bus never showed up at the Shell Ultra City in Mthatha as written on my ticket. I stayed there till an hour later and then made alternative arrangements. I got to Pretoria on the evening of the 4th Jan and was at the Pretoria station on the 5th Jan. The lady there instructed me to call customer care. The number on the leaflet rings on end till it goes to the customer call centre where they say they dont handle those queries. I then eventually spoke to a person who said I should go to the bus station for my refund or rerouting. I went there and the manager was still not there. I'd like for my ticket ref number (NQN483) to either be rerouted or I be refunded as the fault with the courier and not myself. My last attempt was sending an email to the listed email address and I still have not received a response.

Translux please give me back my money as I fail to understand why your drivers do not have a list of the stops they must make in each town.
