Air France Flying Blue seems to be a waste of time. I have tried several times to claim missing miles on their website but with no luck whatsoever. I called Air France and they gave me the number of Flying Blue. So I called Flying Blue. All I got there was automated voice-menus sending me from pillar to post. We spent a great deal of money on air tickets and now we're not able to claim the miles for the tickets. I think Flying Blue is probably just a lot of rubbish. No one is available and no one is accountable.
