I bought 2 tickets on Air France / KLM website. The websites clearly state LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE and PRICE GUARANTEE if cheaper tickets are found in 24 hours.
I found cheaper tickets... on their own websites... then applied for refund. They have pushed me from pillar to post for two weeks now, and still no refund. The difference is more than R 3, 400.00, so not a small amount!

AIR FRANCE /KLM DID NOT KEEP TO THEIR LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE AND ARE FALSELY ADVERTISING.
