KLM bests Air France

Flying on KLM has only ever been a pleasant experience for me. Travelling a few years back, alone with my 18 month old daughter, was made so much easier by the KLM in flight staff. My seat was moved to make it more comfortable for the two of us and a hostess promptly whipped the little 'un out of my arms so I could get settled for the flight.
I recently travelled to Europe on KLM and back with the sister company, Air France. KLM far outranked the Air France flight in terms of comfort, hospitality and general friendliness of staff.
Perhaps I just love all things Dutch instead of all things French as my experience of Schipol was outstanding in comparison with my experience of Charles de Gaulle.
