Dont allow to be put on Mega Couch instead on GREY

I booked Greyhound bus from Richards bay to Johannesburg for the 15th Dec 2013. On the Morning of the 15th i get an sms that says i should look out for a Mega Couch bus. I then called the number to ask what's happening an i was told its the same company and same kind of bus.
The bus came and i didn't see anything wrong, i couldn't compare it to Greyhound as it was my first time doing the bus.in the first hour on the trip the toilet was not working and everything in it was coming upwards. It started smelling in the bus and the guys sitting next to the toilet had to spray air fresher every once in a while. I couldn't use the toilet anylonger . so we had to hold it for almost 4 hours until we got to Ermelo...
I again booked a return. This time it was a Greyhound bus, the seats are so confortable, the space between them is enough even if you are with a baby.and the toilet was working too. Oh and we were served coffe with biscuits twice on the mega couch it was just only juice and once...
So Mega Couch and Grayhound are not the same and the prices should not be the same.
I want my money back for using the Mega Couch
