Mega couch and mattress
Paid in full and still haven't received delivery

Purchased a sleeper couch on the 3rd December 2012, and we are promised on a weekly basis that we an expect delivery soon, this has been going on for so long, no one bothers 2 call back and advise the status on the delivery I have 2 call mega couch on a weekly basis regarding my delivery they say they will get back 2 me but don't return my calls..I called again 2day and the excuse I get for them not returning my calls is that they have 300-400 orders they dealing with, as a customer this is not my problem all I want is a correct date when I can receive my sleeper couch that I paid the full amount for! I'm very upset and frausted withe and empty promises from mega couch woodmead and the head office
