I was supposed to travel 2 Durban on the 23rd of Dec from Jhb. I never fly Mango as I have heard complaints about them, but I decided to give them a chance. I missed my morning flight, it was at 6:55 am, I know that, that was my own fault. I then went 2ask to be put on the next flight, and got told2 pay around R1200, I paid that money as I really wanted2 be in Durban. I then didn't have my sons birth certificate on me, so they wouldn't let me fly. Long story short, I would like a refund on this please. the R1200 as well as the R3200 for the original flight. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received, and now some1 sitting behind a counter has just gotten over R4000 bonus. How can this be acceptable I work for my money, i refuse for my money to just be like that, as now that money has just disappeared I understand that it was my fault that i missed my flight etc, but it ridiculous tht I cnt get a refund. I will be taking this further if I don't get my money back!! I am extremely disappointed in their service and the way they handled the situation. They can be sure I WILL be telling everyone I know to never ever fly mango again, and im not the only one that feels ths way
