QUENTON CARTER TRANSPORT RIP OFF

Good Morning

I approached Mr Quenton Carter for transport for my son who attends school in Parow as I just moved to Belhar and i asked around and he was the only one that was doing that area as his children attends the same school as my son. I signed him up and then this man has just been ripping me off. I have been paying for the month in advance. So last week of November he sends out a letter with te children that we will have to pay for the month of december full amount so that he can maintain the van for safety reasons due the holidays. I feel that it is not the responsibility of the parents to do because we pay him for a service that he renders. Should I have sign a contract stating this when I signed up my child I would have not miinded but that was rather short notice and I honeslty do not feel that it is the responsibility of the parnets to do so. I spoke to other school transport compnaies and they said that they do not do that as it is their responsibility. Even when I signed my child up he overcharged me and if i had to have my son continue travell
ing with him he would have overcharged again... he delivers a good service though...
