The fact that Golden Arrow Bus Services is the only service provider in an area really seems to make them think they can treat their customers any way they choose. Because clearly, the customers need them more than they seem to need us.
I am moving to a new area that only has Golden Arrow Busses as a public transport option. The website isn't very clear or accurate on routes, so I email them to get information. Their response is: "if you need information for a school project, approach Golden Arrow with a formal letter head from the institution concerned."
At no point did I suggest I was doing a school project. I was merely trying to use their customer service lines (email, since I wasn't getting much joy from their telephonic service) to be able to use their service.

Not only did I receive incomplete and inaccurate information but Golden Arrow customer service also jump to the assumption that if you WANT complete and accurate information you could only possibly want it for a school project. Don't your CUSTOMERS deserve complete and accurate information too? Or are they just not important enough as revenue producers?
