We booked a ticket for my mother on the 3rd of Dec 2013 from Bothaville to PTA and back but due to circumstances we cancelled the return ticket on the 13th of Dec 2013 (Ref: C3RKYXGP) we had to sent a email to [Email Removed] The same afternoon we got a call from Greyhound stating that money will be paid back minus 20% but jet no payment has been received.

We phoned again on the 27th of Dec 2013 and we were promised that someone will get back to us the same day as to what is going on. Guess what this still has not happened. We have spent more in air time that what will be refunded.

We had to pay when we made the booking so why do we have to wait and wait for even just feedback. incompetent and very poor communication skills is how I would describe Greyhound

Lets see how long it takes to respond to this email!!!
