I cancelled 2 Greyhound tickets on the 19th November 2013 via the call centre and I was told I needed to send an email to the manager to get a refund. I have not received a response or acknowledgement from the manager that he has received my email and when I call the call centre to enquire about this I was told the manager doesn't have a telephone number and that I need to wait 3-5 days. It's been 6 days now and I still haven't received my refund. I cancelled the ticket 2 days in advance so I don't know why it's talking so long and on top of that I have to forfeit 20% of the money I paid for the ticket.
