2 hour delay

My ticket was bought for the 7 o clock bus, 2 and a half hours later there is still no bus, service is terrible, there's no managers to speak to, when you call the call Centre and find out what's going on they don't know much, and when they say they will call you back to let you know what's happening they don't. There service should be closed
