SA ROADLINK - Pathetic / non-existent service

I bought a ticket with SA Roadlink from Kroonstad to Pretoria for 03 August '13. After numerous attempts to get hold of their National Call Centre due to the non arrival of their scheduled bus I eventually had to buy another ticket with a different company. Fortunatley for me there was another operator available (at a cost).
The scary part was being unable to get hold of anyone to assist me. The person that had dropped me off had already left and unfortunately couldn't pick me up again. I was stuck at Kroonstad and nobody from SA Roadlink was available to assist me. I wrote them an e-mail highlighting my frustration, however like their National Call Centre number, they still haven't / aren't answering.

My costs trying to get hold of them has probably exceeded the cost of the ticket. SA Roadlink displays about fifteen different number countrywide, however they all also just ring. Pathetic service!!!

If they ever get back to me, all I want to know is how do I get my money back; not a voucher; my money. It's now more a matter of principle. Even today (Monday) their National Call Centre still isn't answering their calls. It just costs money to hear "Welcome to SA Roadlink".
