Disappointing service

I booked a DMJ bus departing from Umtata at 12:30 and the destination was Cape Town. When we arrived in Cape Town our luggage was to be put in a taxi that was transporting us but the bus left with the bag that has all my clothes. I want to stress that I did not lose it, but the bus left with it. I reported this at their offices here and I've been waiting since for my bag.
