INCOMPETENCE AND POOREST SERVICE EVER

The DMJ that was meant to depart at ParkStation at 18;30 to EL is still at ParkStation at 22:30 and they don't give a they r rude to passengers they have no explanations of any sort they sold tickets to passengers whilst there's no bus available in time for them this is so unacceptable sitting in a bus for more than 5hrs, pls ppl do something about this this time around uve been receiving complaints about this bus
