I booked two return tickets going to Durban and back for the Easter Weekend, the trip there was fine, however returning to Johannesburg was a complete nightmare!
The bus was meant to depart from Durban at 6h45, we ended up leaving at 8h30 on a bus called the Kalamazoo, we noticed that the driver was drunk and still drinking on the road, he went over the yellow lines and swore and threatened other motorists on the road.
2 hours into the trip the bus was stopped due to it leaking diesel, we waited for almost 3 hours, the driver was getting drunker by the minute, being rude to passengers. Once we were finally back on the road, not even 45 minutes in the bus stopped again, this time due to a loose exhaust. we waited again by now we should have been in Joburg, passengers now started to Hitch Hike, i was not prepared to do that due to the fact that i paid for a ticket and its not safe. once up running again,
15minutes later smoke emerged from the engine into the bus, the driver then stopped and yelled "PHUMA!!! " Which means get out or go.

We ended up in Joburg at 10pm, i had to pay extra for another lift, i want my R500 back immediately as no services were rendered for that money.
