It started when we were sitting waiting at the boarding gate specified on the ticket - only to find out it was the wrong gate and had to move. Air hostess was unfriendly when I asked for a packet of Fritos, the only crisps available and they were finished in addition to this, a little boy also had to go to the toilet and she made her displeasure very apparent at having to move the trolley. The flight had a lot of turbulence and people were actually gasping and scared. Not once did anyone try to reassure the passengers. After collecting my baggage, I realized my handle was broken (I couldn't get it out to pull) and it was also badly scratched. I went to Mango counter and they told me there is a clause which doesn't include handles breaking. But the whole pole inside the case is bent. When I arrived home to unlock my case I couldn't as it had clearly been tampered with. I had to saw it off. I now have to return home on MANGO's nightmare flight - a terrifying thought. I have never been on such a bad flight EVER! And it's just ok for them to break your baggage!?
