I am deeply unsatisfied with the conduct of Mango Airlines regarding my golfclub "driver" that was broken in half during transit on a flight to Cape Town on Tuesday 21 May Flight JE701. I hereby request compensation or replacement of the driver or at the very least for Mango Airlines to pay for the repair as I did not sign ANY disclaimer telling me that your luggage is transported at your own risk. I did take the matter up with Dora from Baggage Claims at Lanseria International and she simply directed me to read the terms and conditions on their website. According to Dora from baggage claims all passengers are to sign a disclaimer which was never even offered to me!!
