WORLD VACATION - LOCAL FRUSTRATION!!!

On 6 October 2013 I was SWINDLED into signing up with World Vacations. I was sold a "product" which I now feel was sold to me under false pretences.
Due to the fact that you do not go on holiday every week, I only got to "test" this product towards the middle of November 2013.

The website does not provide the basics in terms of accommodation in South Africa. I also have to mention that to date I have not seen any specials or Hot Weeks loaded. Your company also do not have accommodation available in some of the country's busiest holiday or stay over destinations. Due to the website not providing me with options for my specific holiday need, I then called the Call Centre.

In a nutshell, I required accommodation for 1 night only for sleep over on my way to Cape Town in December. When I enquired about this, the call centre agent told me (very abrupt) that your company does not offer a 1 night only stay options. If I want to make use of the facility, I need to book at least a week at a lodge. What a load of ...!! What happened to the Budget accommodation and the everywhere in South Africa and abroad...???

This was raised with the company on 2 December - NO RESPONSE A
