Mango Airlines
My baggage was ripped open and tampered with

I went to a friend's funeral who was shot at his front door in Waterkloof Pretoria and he died the following morning in the hospital.
I flew from CT to JHB with Kalula without a problem.
On my return flight with Mango, the lock on my baggage was cut off and my bag dug into by criminals on either JHB airport of CT airport. I doubt if it was CT..

It is completely unacceptable as I trust my life and baggage in the hands of the carrier, in this case Mango.
How can I trust my life in their hands if they cant even handle my baggage safely and securely?
How is it possible that in an enclosed environment and in such short time from when my baggage was weighed in and registered that some criminal activity can take place. Do they employ criminals? Don't they have control over their employees? If it was done by someone employed by a contractor on the airport who handles baggage... the same applies... how on earth is it possible for such criminal activity to take place?

Luckily I didn't carry valuable in my bag this time... only clothes for the funeral.
Furthermore, if this criminal can take stuff out of my baggage, he/she can put illegal stuff/drugs or even a bomb in my baggage and incriminat
