A request of refund after cancellation of trip

I requested a refund from Traveltart after my trip was unsuccessful due to illness. I hand my problem at the counter reception before flights at the Johannesburg AirPort. Reference booking ZA00361860? They gave me the number 0214684300 I spend more than 30 min without any respond at last I spoke to Ruben, then to Yazip on the 18.12.13 took my number and said he will call me never came to me till now since from yesterday. He said that they are experiencing high volume of calls. I need to know where I stand because I paid insurance for covering such incident.
