Without notifying me, Air Namibia cancelled my flight to Accra, not even a notification was sent but rather an sms of a refund, not even the full amount. When I originally sent an email mentioning that I would like to cancel/receive a refund Nicolyn replied to me told me and told me how much I would get back I then replied and said do not proceed. Three weeks later an sms of a refund came through. Nicolyn Ihuhua did not forward the information to Helvey Uushona (internet bookings) she chose to ignore this matter. Once I complained to Helvely she plainly stated "unfortunately you have to buy a new ticket". This is where I got lawyers to deal with my case but the process is very slow.
