A simple rebooking of a bus ticket has become a nightmare because of people who are incompetent and ungrateful for their Jobs. Its been 7 days since my simple request and Miss Julandi Sinclair an admin clerk from the Johannesburg office did not even have the decency to respond to a number of emails I sent regarding the matter. Instead she palmed me off to another incompetent colleague who gave me a call but after giving him very clear instructions he failed to complete the simple task given to him. I struggle to comprehend how these people can fail so dismally at servicing the very people who insure that they earn an income. Greyhound your safety record on our roads means nothing if your staff members continue to compromise the dignity of your clients. Frankly I would rather die on another service than be treated like this ever again!
