Incorrect route

I booked a bus for my daughter who was in pietermaritzburg @ the time and she was going to to travel to gauteng on the 05/12/2013 and I booked pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg to my suprised my daughter was in a bus from pietermarizburg, newcastle and other routes and on the tickect it showed no other routes my daughter who is seventeen years old was in a bus from 10am until 9:30pm I'm so dissapointed at your staff for the way they handled this whole situation my booking refence is T8HYYB0F greyhound has lost me as a customer.
