6 months later and still the blame is passed on

On 2 July 2013 my 75 year old grandfather boarded your bus to Jhb. On arrival at Jhb they found that his luggage was missing. In this luggage was my granddads very expensive heart medication amongst other things. A complaint was laid immediately at the Jhb branch and they were told that when they return home the matter would be resolved in Pmb. After numerous calls and forms been filled they still have not received any feedback. I have personally contacted Christine and she says on all 3 occasions that she has not received any documentation from Pmb. The staff at the Pmb branch are completely rude and on many occasions laughed at my granddad. This is obviously a concern as my granddad is a pensioners and has to pay te costs of the losses from his luggage, numerous calls between Pmb, Dbn and Jhb as well the petrol to and from the offices. I hope this matter Will be resolved or other will be taken up legally.
