Officials not vigilint

I would just like to bring to your attention that on numerous occasions, while queuing at the Civic Centre in the evenings on platform 3, i noticed people 'jumping' the line. Usually they have a friend holding a spot for them.

I find this extremely unfair especially as there are those of us who stand and wait our turn for upto 30 minutes only to have the officials turn a blind eye to this type of behavior. (and i can assure you they DO know about it since i have pointed it out to them before)

Please guys, its not so much to ask to keep watch for these type of incidents, after all, that's why you have those officials milling around is it not? If your going to tell the world that you provide such excellent service, the least you could do is follow through.
