Forgot bag on bus

This morning was alittle different than normal because a feeder bus was broken down at the Bayside mall bus exchange and in the hassle to jump threw one bus to get to the platform I forgot to grab my togbag on the buses step. Only when I got on the bus on-route to Civic centre did i realise I didn't have both my bags with me. Thankfully the feeder-bus driver (6:40am) gave the bag in and when I went to the customer service desk at the civic they called in and said that the bag is at bayside, they went the extra way and requested that a driver bring bag to civic for me to collect which was so sweet. I would like to thank you people involved for making it a pleasant experience and for getting my gym-bag back. Especially the driver & the ladies, Megan and Sherine, at MyCiti customer service.
