Poor service

We made reservations for a trip to Thailand from 16th December 2013.

We have paid in full and still await receipt of our tickets, hotel and transfer vouchers. -Mr Talaat promised to make the necessary payment to the relevant airlines and send us our tickets. -To date we have not yet received same notwithstanding numerous e-mails and telephonic enquiries. We only get empty promises.
Mr Talaat promised/undertook that we would receive our tickets by Saturday, December 8th, but we have to date not yet received the required tickets. -We cannot finalise our financial and other preparations until such time as we receive the tickets. -We are supposed to leave on Monday the 16th December 2013.

We will proceed with legal action and also claim damages.
