Wednesday i booked Return Ticket from Johannesburg to Durban Friday the 22nd and For Sunday For 10 oclock PM Bus when i got to Durban StATION AT 9;30 pm NO ONE EXPLAINED THAT THE BUSES IS DELAYED OR THERE IS EVEN A BUS COMING THEY SAID WE MUST WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES THAT WAS 10pm ALREADY THAT TIME WE WERE SUPPOSE TO DEPATURE WE WAITED TILL 10;45PM THE STAFF FOR INTERCAPE WERE RUDE MALE AND A FEMALE WE WERE IN THE DARK NO COMMUNICATION WAS DONE TILL I CANCELLED MY TRIP AND REQUESTED A REFUND THEN I WENT TO GREYHOUND GOT THE LAST BUS AT 11PM JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE I DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM INTERCAPE I WAS LATE FOR WORK TODAY ON MONDAY
