Worst customer service and rude drivers

I am used to the Greyhound bus always being late and informing us but if you are going to be even later please keep us updated as it's no fun standing for hours by your bus stops that have no seating. When the bus does arrive, the delay is even made worse by one of the rude drivers who don't know how to deal with customers. This is the WORST service ever, on the bus to Durban from Cape Town that was supposed to be in Paarl by 11:50 but arrived at 14:30.
