I cancelled my ticket on the 20th of November because of reasons beyond my & i sent them a follow up email email requesting for my refund together with my banking details as per their request. Since then noone got back to me. i phoned almost everyday to confirm if they received my email, after holding on the line for 30mins. Kefiloe was very rude to me and she acted as if she was doing me a favor not her job. finally Yolandi who was equally rude came on the line and she made me hold for more than 15mins then she confirmed that they received my email and my refund will be made within 5 to 7 working days. its more than 13days now but no refund has been done. i phoned again and Kefiloe was rude again saying im bothering her as they have many clients to attend to. i have lost all hope of getting my refund at all. and their staff is very very rude. next time i encourage everyone to use intercape as their service & staff is very prompt and efficient. VERY DISAPPOINTED
