Call Center Incompetence AGAIN!

So - I have been charged for a trip that I didn't book once I discovered that the soonest pickup was 3am. I wasn't sent an invoice/statement this month and had to request one. Listen to the recordings - and give me a call. Email apparently doesn't get a quick response.

I am so glad that at the end of this month I have you out of my pocket!
