Mutlichoice accounts billed me incorrectly. They charged me R1100 more than they were suppose to. I need that money to get through the month.
They said they would listen to the recordings of the technition that incorrectly added another HD PVR to my account and get back to me... I'm still waiting. I didn't give MY permission for them to add another HD PVR, the technition was wrong and they could rather thake the R1100 from HIS back pocket!
Please just refund me my R1100, I need to survive through the month.
