Incorrect Billing!!!

I used Roadtrip on 30 September 2013 and according to my car's odometer, the trip was 12km. If that was incorrect and I add and extra 2km (just to be accurate) then I get 14Km.

My plan is the mover - R87/month
My minimum trip is 15km @ R10.66/km which = R159.90

R87 R159.90 = R246.90

WHY DID YOU DEBIT ME R269.29???
