Rudeness, Bad Attitude, Bad Service, Horrible

I called delta on 011 978 6414 and call was picked up by Stella. Truth is I never seem to get any good service from that Airline. I wanted to get information about booking emergency exit seats, but Stella never even wanted to hear or listen to what ever i was trying to say to her. If a service provider has staff with such Rud, Bad attitude, Bad servise and horrible to clients, i rather stay away from it. I called in for the second time, she went to an extend of screaming at me and dropped the phone in my ears. that made me to remember that she maybe hated to hear a voice of a black man, or she's actually. I had the worst servise before. But such shocking expirience was beyond everything else
