I've made a booking for one of the employees but due to changes he couldn't fly this morning. We both tried to change the flight but we were not able to do it on the internet and was requested to contact the call centre. We've tried since 16h00 until 19h00 but you get a recording that directs you to certain numbers. We both hold on for ever but that's where it stops. I can't believe that the call centre can be so busy that one can't get through. Thus results in us loosing the flight and have to book again. The new system IS NOT USER FRIENDLY and there is no service from the call centre.
