Firstly they do not give enough information on the ticket on the exact departure place, when you are in the area there is a little bench saying Intercape where u stand and hope it is the right place because there is no one to ask, and contact numbers provided are not answered on Sundays even, the attendant have no knowledge about delays, times ect. We waited 45min for the bus, then waited another hour and 45min for the actual sleepliner we have bOoked initially but while waiting the bus driver is no where to be found and the attendant just says "I don't know" if u ask her anything. When the bus eventually came at Joburg station after being delayed for 3 hours already, it is so full, you can barely walk in the passage way and you have to keep your luggage on your lap because all the over head compartments are already taken and you can't do anything about it because there is no one to assist!! For the same price you can fly on kalula or mango in off season! This is ridiculous, I won't recommend this to anyone, not even to save money as said above when comparing to alternative travel methods!
