Frustrated and Very Disappointing system

I was shocked to find out that my city bus is now operational instead of a shuttle. I was on my way to Canal Walk fro with my 2 siters and an 8yr child 2kids below 4 yrs old. What suprised me is the fact that we had to buy 4 cards and had to produce birth cert for the 2 kids we were going with. 4 cards=R140... on top of that we had to top up the 4cards with each R80 = R320. Total = R460. We do not visit@ Canal walk that often and yet we had to pop out R460. If there was a shuttle we could have paid R16.00. Now, YourCity bus wants me to pay R460 for a distance less than 3 kms *rip off & heartbreaking*. I had only R20 in my pocket for the shuttle to the mall. Please kindly ensure that you revisit the thought around this mode of transport. We ended up walking because I could not pay that amount. Staff also seem frustrated and tired of working long hrs. I was sent to pay at the window and found the white lady sleeping with her mouth wide open and snoring. One of the ladies complained to us about tiredness and they are scared of other customers because they get angry with them about the mycity bus system.
