Ethihad Airways Torturing Experince

I recently travelled with Ethihad and had the following experience:
1.My initial flight was delayed with Etihad however I made it to the gate for my connecting flight and they refused me boarding even though I had my boarding pass as I suspect the flight was over booked.
2.They were initially booking me on a ghost flight that didn't exist
3.They expected to stay in the airport for 24 hours without food or hotel room as they could not issue me a visa. They initially told me the hotel in the airport was fully booked but 2 hours later the manager offered us a room there so they initially.
4.They made me wait 3 hours at the transfer desk as they had incompetent staff and manager which did not even have the dignity of showing her face when we requested to speak to her.
5. They promised business class tickets as compensation and then went back on their word which almost made us miss our flight again. I found this very dishonest.
6.They made me fly from Abu Dhabi - Muscat - Dubai after an 18 hour journey where I could have easily taken a 30 min drive to Dubai. My wife and I were basically tortured.
7.After raisingwith Ethihad they offer me a 20000 miles which I find is a joke. I dec
