On 29 January 2013 I boarded a kulula flight from OR tambo to Cape Town from 11:50-14:00.I checked in only one purple suitcase. The valuables I boarded with to prevent any cases of my things going missing. To my surprise when I got to Cape Town at the place I live in, I realized that my bag had been tempered with, clothes weren't packed like I had left them. One pair of my black and grey wedge shoes is missing from that bag. I checked in my bag with those shoes in there and went home with a bag without those shoes. I trusted kulula and its employees. This is very disappointing, considering those shoes were a gift and now they are no more all in the experience of flying with kulula. I'm a student who flies home every 3 months I'd hate for this incident to result in the end of kulula and I's traveling relationship. I can not tolerate. I hope my complaint won't fall on deaf ears and that I'll b hearing from kulula soon, to explain to me how I sit today without a pair of shoes after flying with them.

Great service but needs not met
