Refund of plane ticket

On Friday 01/03/13 my wife and I flew on Kulula flight number 109 at 19:25 returning on Monday 04/03/13 flight number 106 at 18:30. I booked tickets on line, when we arrived at the airport to book in, I booked my wife`s ticket under her married name. She had no identification on her for her married name but only her previous name, so they would not let her board. They said we must cancel her ticket and buy a new ticket with her previous name on it and we can then apply for a refund. On Tuesday 05/03/13 I phoned customer services to apply for a refund but they were not very helpful. I then sent them a email which they did not respond to. Seems like they don`t want to co-operate with me. My booking reference is PRBZOY and my wife`s name is S.C.Sutton and married name is
is S.C.Laing. Please can you assist.
